BANANA BUTTERSCOTCH

Ingredients:
8 pieces of plantain
1-2 tbsp butter
Vanilla ice cream
50 grams of raisins, for sprinkling
 

Sauce:
125 grams of butter
100 grams of brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
125 ml cream
¼ tsp vanilla powder

HOW TO COOK:
1. Peel the bananas, wash the fibers, then halve lengthwise. Heat the butter in a flat pan, insert a banana. Turning and turning until golden brown bananas, lift.
2. Sauce: put metega and sugar in a saucepan, place over low heat, melt butter and stir until sugar dissolves. Cook until boiling.
3. Enter the honey and cream, reduce the heat. Cook, stirring frequently until thickened, remove from heat. Add vanilla powder, mix well.
4. Place the bananas on a serving plate, pour the sauce on top. Give vanilla ice cream, sprinkle with raisins and serve immediately.
