MATERIALS:
Oyster Mushroom 50 gSugar100 g
Gelatin 20 g
Water 100 g
TOOLS: pot, stove, mixer, brass, knife
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Boil until cooked oyster mushrooms then blender with enough water.
2. Enter the sugar to the pan as much as 100 grams (1 ounce) and add the juice mushrooms (fungi blenderan much as 100 ml)
3. Boil a pot of water to boil and begins to decline (slightly lumpy).
4. Add gelatin that has been dissolved in water.
5. Stir constantly until thick (liquid when picked up with mixer just drip slowly).
6. Remove from the stove after a rather cold, pour it into the pan. Leave overnight.
7. Cut to the desired size and remove from pan.
8. If desired candy can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Candy ready packed.
