MATERIALS :
1. Oyster mushrooms 300 grams,
2. Flour 5 tablespoons,
3. Tapioca flour 1 tbsp,
4. Instant seasoning flour 1 tbsp,
5. Coriander powder 1 tsp,
6. Ground pepper ½ tsp,
7. Flavor to taste.
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Wheat flour, instant seasoning, and tapioca mixed flat and added flavor,
2. Sliced oyster mushrooms soaked in water coriander, salt, and flavorings,
3. Remove and squeeze briefly,
4. Sliced mushrooms covered with flour,
5. Fry until cooked brown,
6. Remove and drain,
7. Fry until cooked,
8. Crispy mushrooms can last for 1 week.
