MATERIALS :

5. Coriander powder 1 tsp,
6. Ground pepper ½ tsp,
7. Flavor to taste.
  
HOW TO MAKE : 
1. Wheat flour, instant seasoning, and tapioca mixed flat and added flavor,
2. Sliced ​​oyster mushrooms soaked in water coriander, salt, and flavorings,
3. Remove and squeeze briefly,
4. Sliced ​​mushrooms covered with flour,
5. Fry until cooked brown,
6. Remove and drain,
7. Fry until cooked,
8. Crispy mushrooms can last for 1 week.
